He has more than 20 years of experience recruiting for the energy, mining, fishing, IT and telecom, retail, professional services, banking and financial services industries.
He also possesses extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the manufacturing, consumer goods and services industries as CEO and Marketing Manager of American Home Products, Shulton Inc., Boyle Mideway, Mentholatum and Success Consulting. He is an active member of the global specialized practices of Family Business and Energy & Utilities Practice.
Presently, Independent Board Member of the Peruvian Cancer Foundation.
Fernando was educated in the West Florida University, USA and earned an MBA at the Universidad del Pacifico (Lima, Peru), a diploma in Strategic Management of Human Resources at Universidad de Lima (Peru) and has participated in the CEO´s Management Program and CEOs II: The Next Step in Strategic Management at the Kellogg School of Management, USA.
He has 4 children and among his hobbies, he practices bodyboard surfing and photography.
